Video clips presenting stadium projects for “Eurovision-2012” which will be held in Baku were posted at Youtube.
After the triumph of Azerbaijan represented by Eldar Gasymov and Nigar Jamal in the previous contest, a question arose widely as to where in Baku the next contest will be held? This question so far remains unsettled.
However, the Azerbaijani Public Television should in coming days present the plan for holding “Eurovision-2012” to the EBU.
Azerbaijani youth and sports minister Azad Rahimov said earlier, that 3 options are under consideration which are two spots including The Sport Complex names after Heydar Aliyev, the Republic stadium named after Tofig Bahramov, as well as the construction of a new complex which can be realized in the Seaside Park or the State Flag Square.
Presented below are two short videos of the project areas, where the next 2012 song contest might be hosted. The concept of the videos offers the project to be built right on the State Flag Square, which is one of the available spots, where the Eurovision contest might be held.
